Blue Hound Barbecue: The Taste of the Mountains

Kyle’s Blue Hound Barbecue food truck will be serving up exclusive festival breakfasts and lunches on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Expect a menu brimming with locally-sourced, slow-smoked meats—think tender brisket, juicy pulled pork, and house-made sausage—accompanied by Southern-inspired sides with an Appalachian twist. Every dish is a celebration of the region’s flavors, rooted in tradition and elevated by Kyle’s inventive touch.
